Crisis@30

I went from being a vibrant teen to having a midlife crisis in the blink of an eye. I only blinked once, maybe twice, and now I'm in my 30's, wondering where life went wrong. It got me thinking about all the crazy twists and turns life throws at you. This poetry collection is a glimpse into my battles with identity, grief, a personality disorder, regrets, and all the while trying to stay sane. I open up about mistakes made and lessons learned. I hope you can learn from my journey and find some hope, that it's always possible to start over, no matter how lost you feel.
